The quality of the cheese is excellent, and the flavor is truly authentic. My only complaint is that for the price, I wish there was a bit more cheese included. We had four people for dinner, and we definitely could have used more. That said, the spice blend and recipes were fantastic, and the whole experience was delightful. I'll order again but will get two sets next time for a larger group.
